Maxima Aquafun

The main attraction of Maxima is their giant water slide that is made of a tarpaulin. It is about 40 meters long and it is a meter wide, and it also takes about six seconds from top to bottom. The drop off is five feet during high tide and it becomes 12 feet during low tide. This resort is also known for their Eagle View Canopy Walk where the guests can walk on what they call a hanging bridge that is high above the ground. This can give you a full view of the resort and the waters of Davao Gulf.

For an overnight stay, they have a fully furnished 2 story beach house that is on heavy stilts above the seawater, it is secured and is made of high-quality materials. It is fully furnished, and it has four bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 22 guests. It has a dining room, a living room, three baths and toilets, a kitchen with cooking facilities and a refrigerator and an AV component. There is also a butler service that is available.

They have a beach house that is used for business functions, social events and gatherings like parties and more. They also have a large accommodation called the Bigote Dormitory that can accommodate up to 20 people. It has complete facilities and it can provide a gorgeous view of the Davao Gulf and the beautiful Mount Apo. They also have a canteen and a restaurant where you can wine and dine.

If you wish to visit this resort, you can do so by flying from Manila to Davao City, your air fare will depend on your airline. Once you are in Davao City, you can then ride a taxi going to Magsaysay Park. From Magsaysay Park, you can then ride a motorized boat from Sta. Ana Wharf which is beside the Magsaysay Park. It is a 45-minute ride, you can ride the resort’s own boat which leaves at 9AM and it operates from Wednesday to Sunday.
