The Magic Of Masskara Festival

The Masskara festival is an annual festival with highlights that are held every fourth Sunday of October in Bacolod, Philippines. The word Masskara is coined by the late artist Ely Santiago from mass which means multitude of people and the Spanish word cara which means face. It is the prominent feature of the festival which are always adorned with smiling faces because it is called the city of smiles.
